Abstract

Heavy metal pollution of the current global environmental problems, phytoremediation technology for its low cost, environmentally friendly features such as soil pollution control as an important ways and means, and how to improve the efficiency of the plant repair is phytoremediation key issues. In this paper rely on national environmental protection projects and special projects in Yunnan Province \enrichment plant short calyx gray leaf (Tephrosia candida), black nightshade (Solanum nigrum) and cretica grass (Pteris nervosa) 3 species of heavy metals contamination in soil characteristics on the enrichment of heavy metals, as well as heavy metals contamination farmland restoration potential; studied seven species configure hyperaccumulators of heavy metals contamination of soil restoration effect and filter out the best species configuration; superphosphate of different levels of heavy metals in soil biological activity and seven ultra- enrichment plant species configure restoration effect. The main results are as follows: (a) for Pb hyperaccumulators short calyx gray leaves, Cd hyperaccumulator Solanum nigrum and As Hyperaccumulator cretica grass for heavy metal enrichment of heavy metals contamination characteristics and potential for soil remediation research. The results showed that short calyx gray leaf shoot Pb, Cd, and Solanum nigrum aboveground grass upper cretica As contents are up 365.071mg · kg-1, 22.109 mg · kg-1 and 282.698mg · kg-1, transport coefficients were 2.569,1.692 and 1.611; short calyx gray leaf extraction rate of Pb, Cd, Solanum nigrum on extraction rate and cretica grass on As the extraction rate was 1.257%, 2.550% and 0.224%; in Assuming short calyx gray leaves, Solanum nigrum and cretica grass harvest year were 2 times, 3 times, and three times in the premise, the full realization of heavy metals contamination of soil pollution and repair purposes, require the use of short calyx gray Leaves of Pb repair 2.847a, Solanum nigrum to Cd repair 9.953a and cretica grass right As repair 101.023a. Three kinds of test plants of heavy metals contamination in soil phytoremediation technology has potential value in use. (2) through the effect of experimental plot of seven ultra-enrichment plant species configured to fix the effect of heavy metals contamination of soil. The results showed that planting short calyx gray leaf area decreased values of Pb in soil, planting Solanum nigrum cell decline in the value of Cd in the soil and planting grass plot cretica As the decline in soil values were reached 11.492mg · kg-1, 0.177 mg · kg-1 and 3.376mg · kg-1, for the cultivation of plants without cell 1,915.3 times, 88.5 times and 1688.0-fold, showing three kinds hyperaccumulators corresponding heavy metal contaminated soil on huge repair capacity and potential applications; Improved analytic hierarchy process model for comprehensive evaluation results show that fix the heavy metals contamination of the best farmland species configured as a single species Cd hyperaccumulator Solanum nigrum, followed by Solanum nigrum and cretica grass hybrids. (3) the effects of different levels of superphosphate on soil biological activity of heavy metals. The results showed that heavy metals Pb, Cd and As there are residual fraction as the main form, and the biological activity of Cd was the strongest; With the increase in the amount of superphosphate applied, Pb decreased biological activity, Cd biological activity subtle changes were erratic, while As the biological activity was increased and then decreased the apparent regularity, which shows different levels of superphosphate biological activity of heavy metals varies. (4) through different levels of superphosphate processing seven species Hyperaccumulator configuration repair efficiency of. The results showed that the applied amount 0-600kg · ha-1 range, with the increase in the amount imposed, short calyx gray leaves of Pb repair rate of increase rate significantly decreased, Solanum nigrum repair rate of increase of Cd values were increased trend, while cretica grass on the rise As the repair rate is increased and then decreased showing a clear trend; using AHP improved model for comprehensive evaluation results show that the amount of superphosphate applied 600kg · ha-1 of under the premise of a single species of Cd hyperaccumulator Solanum nigrum to fix the heavy metals contamination of the best farmland species configurations.
