At present, China's water resources, there has been a serious shortage of resources and pollution of the grim situation. Increasingly serious water pollution, contaminated growing range yangzonghai arsenic contamination incident to make people more and more attention to the water security issues. Traditional water treatment process is difficult to effectively remove contaminants in raw water, therefore, micro-polluted water treatment technology to become an urgent problem. This topic better performance using zeolite adsorption media culture biofilm pilot study to study the biological filter for analog yangzonghai micro-polluted source water pollutant removal. Firstly conducted experimental study zeolite adsorption zeolite adsorption properties, and then through the biofilm structure, composition and analysis of pollutants purification mechanism, the use of natural law to initiate biofilm biofilter process, and finally the effects of different biofilter under simulated micro-polluted source water yangzonghai pollutant removal efficiency, and its influencing factors were analyzed. Zeolite static experiments showed that: Zeolite NH4-N selective adsorption ability, while the As, TP, F also has good adsorption effects, using zeolite as biofilter filler on the growth of microorganisms and contaminants are removed more favorable. Through the mechanism of biofilm structure and purification analysis, a clear micro-polluted water purifier is mainly through microbial metabolism to achieve. Biofilter experiments show that: a temperature of 15-20 ℃, the use of natural methods of biofilm biofilm culture, it takes about 28 days to run. Biofilter start early removal of ammonia is low, the latter relies on the zeolite surface nitrification nitrifying bacteria, raw water, ammonia removal stabilized at above 80%, in order to determine the zeolite biofilter biofilm success. Biofilter after a successful run, biological zeolite filter for micro-polluted source water treatment of a single pollutant results showed that: the water temperature 15-20 ℃, hydraulic loading of 2.4m3 / (m2 · d) under the conditions of influent arsenic concentration of 0.20mg / L, the biological filter to a better removal of arsenic removal rate up to 35.78%; with hydraulic load increases, the arsenic removal decreased. Different hydraulic loading conditions, with the influent concentration change, biological filter for total phosphorus, fluoride removal effect is not obvious; when the water temperature 15-20 ℃, hydraulic loading of 2.4m3 / (m2 · d), the total The average phosphorus removal rate of about 10.19%, the average fluoride removal was 8.81%. Biological zeolite filter for micro-polluted source water pollution mixtures processing results showed that: the water temperature is 15-20 ℃, influent phosphorus was 0.10mg / L, fluoride concentration was 1.00mg / L, the average removal rate of arsenic remain in the range of 10.34% -11.07%; arsenic in the lower concentration range (lt; 0.05mg / L), increased concentrations of arsenic removal of phosphorus and fluorine had little effect on the concentration continues to increase, the total phosphorus and fluoride removal have a certain impact. The experiments showed that using zeolite filter media biofilter process analog micro-polluted water, and achieved certain results, and physical and chemical methods, zeolite biofilter is more suitable for micro-polluted water treatment, there are more good application prospects.
