As the planet 's growing population , social development and urbanization process accelerated, MSW production is growing, how to deal with urban waste problem has become extremely important , refuse derived fuel (RDF) technology as a new waste disposal technology has gradually gained world attention and application . This preparation of municipal solid waste RDF process of the experimental study , simulated hot air drying apparatus through the drying process in the waste , the results show : With the air temperature increases, the reduction in thickness of the potato pieces , air humidity, wind velocity , and air decrease in drying rate becomes faster , the material drying time decreases. In the synthesis of RDF , select the calcium oxide as a solid chlorine , chlorine agent added solid RDF combustion process for the removal of chlorine in the more obvious effects , dosage of about 2.7% of waste mass . Pilot synthesis device similar J-carerl law synthesis process RDF, drum dryer rational process parameters: inlet air temperature 140 ℃; feeding quantity 5 ~ 7.5 kg; cylinder velocity 2.6 m / s; roller speed 5 r / min. Complete pilot plant runs well, some aspects could be improved. RDF conducted on synthetic chemical and physical properties measured and combustion , pyrolysis characteristic analysis showed : RDF combustion and pyrolysis process can be divided into three sections weightlessness , the first two segments are volatile weight loss and decomposition of solid carbon , the entire process can be described by three a response . RDF combustion rate faster than the rate of pyrolysis and combustion of weight loss was significantly greater than pyrolysis .
