Abstract


Fiscal policy and monetary policy is the primary means of regulation and intervention in the macro-economy , both consistency and control field of the control objectives , functional differences . In order to better play the effects of policies , two policies need coordination. Can be said that a country 's macroeconomic performance is normal , or economic problems can be smoothly and efficiently run can be corrected , which largely depends on whether the right to develop or implement fiscal and monetary policies , the ability to effectively coordinate with The use of two policies . However, our two main policy coordination with the research and analysis should not be limited to the level of the total economy ; fact , they have the role of structural adjustment . Behind the expansion of the total economy has hidden more serious structural imbalance of domestic demand contradictions , concentrated expression imbalance in the ratio between the high investment , low consumption , sustained economic development and security , exacerbating the risk of fluctuations in the economy . To this end, the need to optimize the coordination of the two policies , a fundamental solution to the situation of the domestic demand and structural imbalance . This article is based on domestic demand and structural adjustment perspective to study the path of two major policy coordination . Clearer understanding of the problem , the departure from the theoretical basis , the use of IS-LM model analysis of the relations of the two policies and domestic demand, structural adjustment , empirical analysis and review of the history of China 's fiscal and monetary policy coordination as well as the 1978-2006 data , so as to evaluate the effect of the implementation of the fiscal and monetary policy , pointed out that the two main policy coordination is still a problem . And then ask questions, analyze problems, problem-solving ideas , draw conclusions , point to understand the current implementation of sound fiscal policy and tight monetary policy of the reasonableness of the coordination of specific recommendations .
