Since 1978 since the reform and opening, China's foreign trade development is rapid, the processing trade's performance is strong, which makes our country's economic strength has been greatly enhanced, but the rapid growth of foreign trade, make our country with foreign trade friction is increasing, and its promoting effect on economic growth is uncertain. In view of this, more and more experts and scholar in international economy and world economy turning to foreign trade, processing trade, in particular, that processing trade is good for the short-term development of Chinese economy, the economic development is mixed for a long time, the author as the research object, explore the processing trade's impact on the economic development of our country, the results show that, in general, the processing trade to China's economic development has a certain role, it directly promoted the growth of international trade, optimize the structure of export commodities, improve the international competitiveness of manufactured goods, driving the economic growth, and to a certain extent, optimize the industrial structure, etc., but because of the bottleneck of transformation and upgrading of processing trade in our country is in a period, so we need to abolish its shortcomings, perfect its development relies on the external environment, in order to further give play to its advantages, make its continue to promote China's economic development.
