Abstract


With the vigorous development of network technology, a new cultural forms - network culture in human history. At the same time, the network culture formed a huge industry. How to promote faster and better development of the network of cultural industries, became a problem that we must face. Network of cultural industries are divided into broad and narrow, narrow network of cultural industries is a new cultural industry refers to Internet-based platform for cultural activities. This is precisely the object of this study. Network culture industry has unique characteristics, industry first morphological diversity, creativity, says Wang, science and technology, and culture and, low energy consumption, high value, rapid development and great potential, the industry is highly correlated. Network culture industry has assumed an important role in the social development process, its main function: to promote the accelerated development of the traditional cultural industries, cultural industries overall prosperity; promote the upgrading of consumption structure, enrich the cultural life of the people; close connection with the promotion of science and technology and culture; dissemination of multiculturalism, enhance the image of the country; ease the social pressures, and create a harmonious atmosphere. Network culture industry from the 1990s to the bud now, after ten years of development, has become an active force in China's social and economic. In fact, the development of the network of cultural industries in China still has great potential for rapid socio-economic growth, strong government support, a broad market space, the rapid development of high-tech, rich cultural resources and so their further development favorable conditions. However, it is undeniable that there are still some factors affect the industrial potential of the Internet culture in China, such as the concept of deviation, the low degree of social recognition; market system is not perfect, imperfect management mechanism. On the above analysis, to fully tap the potential of the network of cultural industries, to solve the many problems facing must Reflections from different perspectives. To establish a scientific concept, improve the social image of the network of cultural industries; should pay attention to market regulation to improve the network of cultural industries, structures regulate the market operation of the platform; want to build a diversified industrial structure, to explore new profit model; innovative content technology to create a strong brand; personnel training, to build a strong creative team; want to strengthen exchanges, learn from experience, the road of Chinese characteristics. So as to maintain a rapid and healthy development of the network of cultural industries in China. Portal, online games, and Internet cafes are three pioneer industry network of cultural industries in China, Tencent, Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited, Beijing 520 Internet cafes are one of the best. Preceding analysis is considered from the macro level, the successful experience in the analysis of these three cases focus on the micro-level, hoping to play a reference network of cultural enterprises operating.
