Job performance is the field of industrial and organizational psychology important research , refers to the work of the staff , performance and results . To the organization , performance is in terms of quantity , quality and efficiency, etc. to complete the task situation ; individual employees , it is the superiors and colleagues, working conditions for their evaluation . This paper summarizes the past in reference to the performance of the work relationship between the basis , we propose a new technique , the use of imagery techniques in animal imagery dialogue to show inspection work performance . The object of study is the real estate sales staff, through the study concluded that: 1 . Rendered animal imagery in the performance of the types of herbivorous , carnivorous two categories, men and women in herbivorous animal imagery None differences in male carnivorous animal imagery number slightly more than women . 2 presented with age and job performance of employees an inverted U-shaped distribution, age minimum and maximum ages centered job performance than job performance .
