Abstract


With the accelerated process of global economic integration and international competition intensifies , the rapid development of Chinese enterprises how healthy and stable increasingly widespread concern in the community . Enterprises to develop , must choose a suitable development model . Look at the current situation in China , is a high-tech fields , traditional areas , or service areas, with the developed countries of the world there is a considerable gap . This overall gap exists, forcing the choice of development model , we can not behave according to the original mode , should seize the favorable opportunity to make full use of their own advantages to achieve leapfrog development . See a large number of documents and field survey based on systematic summary of the analysis of the characteristics of some typical patterns of foreign enterprise leaps and bounds , the pros and cons and constraints , and cited empirical analysis of typical cases to illustrate the fruits of development by leaps and bounds . Learn from the successful experience of foreign enterprises , combined with the actual situation in China and the enterprise 's own characteristics, and to guide the choice of Chinese enterprises leapfrog development model , which is of great significance for Chinese enterprises as a whole . The main outcome of the study is reflected in three aspects: First , access to information through the extensive literature cited typical mode of foreign enterprises leaps and bounds , and thus the use of the method of qualitative analysis , comparative analysis , and case studies , established summarized several leaps and bounds the general characteristics of the development model . The second analysis , an overview of the present situation and characteristics of Chinese enterprises leapfrog development , Chinese enterprises need to select leapfrog development mode . Then pointed out that the current problems faced by the leapfrog development of Chinese enterprises , using PEST model leaps and bounds from a macro and micro perspective of Chinese enterprises to overcome some of the constraints described . Third , according to China's current conditions , for different types of businesses , in-depth study the choice of Chinese enterprises leapfrog development model proposed in this paper , based on the last , which concluded .
