Abstract


The corporate capacity theory is that the enterprise is a capability system essentially forever . Enterprise capabilities including financial ability , entrepreneurship , management capabilities , production capacity , marketing ability . Corporate finance capabilities , including the ability of financial activities , financial performance capabilities and financial management capabilities . The financial core competencies concept proposed combination of enterprise competence theory and the theory of financial management . The study corporate financial core capability helps determine corporate financial management objectives , to regulate the behavior of financial management , coordination of corporate finance , to determine the financial core indicators and optimize the structure of corporate governance . On the basis of the study of the existing financial core competencies , combined with corporate governance theory and practice of China 's enterprise reform proposed based on the concept of the core competencies of corporate governance of financial organizations to improve the relationship between the company shareholders , board of directors and operators architecture , sustainable earnings growth capacity as the core , to reflect the effect of corporate governance and in line with the long-term goal of comprehensive capacity development ; enterprises to cultivate and enhance the financial core competence must -depth analysis of the financial mechanism of the formation of the core competencies . The financial enterprise core competencies established financial strategy , the use of a variety of existing or potential financial resources , through long-term integration of basic financial and corporate governance capacity gradually formed ; paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to build fully consider the comprehensive evaluation model based on the financial core competencies of corporate governance , corporate governance of financial core competencies , the model can be compared scientifically assess the strength of the core competencies of corporate finance ; based on cultivating core competence of the corporate governance of financial kinds of strategic concept , the influencing factors for financial core competencies the financial core ability to nurture and enhance the methods and measures . Theoretical and practical background in corporate governance , the study was designed to expand the breadth and depth of some of the existing financial core competence theory of financial core competencies , certain guiding significance to foster and enhance the corporate finance core competencies , and expectations of China 's enterprises to improve their corporate governance mechanism , the establishment of a modern enterprise system has certain reference .
