Abstract


In point of enterprise, the high quality product, quick response for market, shorten cycle, supply chain operation with high efficiency, long term customer relation, etc. are being the competition key point. It is not just in order to enterprise get success, as well as the demand of enterprise survival. In the presence of great pressure, the enterprise is required to boost managerial performance, seek the chance to improve the business outstanding achievement. However, for all the problems in different enterprises can be found the answer in 6 sigma. Since 6sigma management came into being, it has showed its powerful vitality. Many world-famous companies practice 6sigma in their companies and have achieved success. Through closely connecting all components of an organization, 6sigma helps to realize the business breakthrough. It is the improving gene of making an organization lasting and it is the leading step for success.As foundry enterprise, Ningxia Changcheng Suzaki Machine & Fondry Co.,Ltd. (hereafter referred to as simply CSMF), CSMF products are exported to developed countries and areas such as Japan, America and Europe. Although CSMF located northwest area, the products quality and management level lie in the leader among the fellow industry. Comparing with the competitors in developed countries, CSMF remains to further promote quality and management level. CSMF expect to introduce the 6sigma management method, to heave the management level higher level.Based on CSMF’s designing and implementing 6sigma management system, this article firstly introduces the general concept of 6sigmal, and depicts the connections and differences between 6sigma and Total Quality Management(TQM) and ISO9000 Quality Management System; secondly, it describes the current management situation of CSMF, and analyses in depth the necessity of implementing it in CSMF. On this basis, it further analyses and depicts in detail the process of planning, designing, preliminarily establishing and implementing 6sigma in CSMF and the safeguard of practicing 6sigma in CSMF. It gives the full view of the process of designing and implementing 6sigma management system.Article puts forward in innovative the 6 sigma management new model DMAICI, and establish the CSP management system with CSMF feature on the basis of the model, thereby greatly speed 6sigma integrate CSMF’s level.The findings not only can help CSMF to extend the 6sigma management system in full scale, exalt its core competitiveness, it can help implementing the company development strategy even more. In addition, the research also provides some references for other companies to establish and implement 6sigma management system.
