Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , the sudden emergence of the private economy , booming unique vigor and vitality , for promoting a new growth point of China's economic development . Played a positive role in the economic growth of China for 20 consecutive years , occupies a pivotal position in China's national economy . However , the private economy of sustained and rapid development , but there have been things unbalanced development of private economy , the gap is too large Western private economy and private economy in eastern phenomenon . The imbalance of regional economic development is the common phenomenon of the economic development of countries , however , the gap is too large will eventually affect the sustainable development of the national economy and social harmony and stability , narrow eastern and differences in the development of the private economy is an issue of concern . In this paper, first of all a literature review and comment on the theory of regional economic development at home and abroad , and the theoretical study of the status quo of the private economy . Secondly , in defining the concept of the private economy based on private data to 2006 based , static enterprise households , industrial output value , the number of employees , the number of registered capital , and several other indicators , the status of the private economy of the eastern and western reveals the disparities that exist in the private economy of the eastern and western . On this basis , the private data in the seven years 2000-2006 is based on the absolute gap , the standard deviation of the extreme value ratio and the coefficient of variation of the four indicators measure the absolute gap between the eastern and private economy and relatively dynamic gap. The measure showed that the absolute gap between the eastern and private economy is expanding , the relative gap stabilized . Then analyze with private economic development of the east-west differences , the main factors are a series of factors : geographic conditions , non- balanced policy factors , ideological factors , economic and structural factors , personnel factors , industrial structure factors . Finally, the article analyze the reasons for the proposed private economic gap narrow the countermeasures and suggestions .
