Abstract


The ecological environment is the space of human existence and activities , but also the material basis of human survival and development . The task of the construction of ecological civilization , the Chinese Communist Party congress in the report and pointed out that improving the ecological environment is an important part of building a harmonious society . How the relationship between economic and ecological environment in an inconsistent state , or harmony , future trends ? To properly answer these questions, the need for economic and ecological environment relationship and its variation in empirical research . In this paper, Hebei Province, and 11 regions as the research object , using the degree of coordination and coordinated development degree model and factor analysis methods to analyze the coordination of Hebei Province, and 11 of the region's economic and ecological environment , the results show that , in recent years , Hebei Province comprehensive economic strength year by year , gradually increase the level of ecological environment , but the coordination and the coordinated development degree level is still relatively low , a larger gap between the level of the two systems , the emphasis on the ecological environment to be further strengthened , investment in the ecological environment also need to be further increased. Contrast the coordination of the 11 districts in Hebei Province , although the overall level of coordination in improving inter-regional differences there are widening , and also very different across regions coordinated development degree change and coordination state , therefore, should take appropriate measures to increase the ecological environmental protection efforts to narrow the gap between the region . The key to enhance the overall coordination of the economic and ecological environment and coordinated development degree level, and efforts to coordinate inter-regional economic and ecological environment is the key to economic and ecological environment construction in Hebei Province , also to achieve the sustainable development of Hebei Province .
