Abstract


With the intensifying of logistics industry competition, the warehouse enterprises feels more and more pressure that come from the market competition, how to improve the competition advantage , more and more the warehouse enterprises threw the vision business process reengineering .It is hope that the warehouse enterprises achieve dramatic improvement in cost ,quality, service and efficiency which are crucial elements for assessment of enterprise’s success.Firstly, this article introduce business process reengineering of theory and application research, in foundation of analyzing the current business process in warehouse enterprises of NanFang now. It is also that the warehouse pattern is open supply chain and department and operation process information management depend on hand and oral. Secondly, Based on business process reengineering of course innovation, redesingning the warehouse pattern is closed-loop supply chain, meanwhile, redesingning department and operation process information management with MIS. Method and measure was adapt to improving loop process. Finally, the article evaluate simply the project effect from macro to micro aspects.This research is at the aim of fulfilling BPR with MIS used on the all warehouse process input and output operation etc, when the work is taking into effect ,such as increaing the transportation efficiency, reducing the business cost ,so that NF warehouse will have his key competition advantage among the others.
