Abstract


Management consulting schemes creation model (MCS Model), put forward by Professor Gefu Liang, aims to promote the generation of reasonable and scientific consulting schemes. The model aims to solve problems of traditional consulting schemes, like deficiency in logical analysis, subjective thoughts in schemes, lacking of scientific consulting facilities and methods. This model has been divided into four parts, including environment consulting analysis module, factor analysis module, how to choose subject of schemes and its formation module, generation of basic schemes module. Based on this model, this paper focus on research of which analysis method to be applied with in the process of consulting schemes creation and how to define, choose, analyze factors and efficiency of this method.Corresponding with these four modules in consulting schemes generation models, process of consulting schemes generation has been divided into four periods, including environment analysis period, wrapping-up factors period, theme creation period, schemes combination period. To choose suitable method of factor analysis in different period leads in the creation of objective and scientific consulting schemes. In environment analysis period, SWOT has been used to choose and define the exterior and interior factors of environment with factors classification. In wrapping-up factors period, using methods of factor forces and strategic definition to analyze factor forces with formation of corporate strategic definition. In theme creation period, searching for critical success factors and bring them into the life cycles of corporate using method of closing to blur. In schemes combination period, method of statistics has been applied in analyzing the combination of schemes. In the end of the paper, factors evaluation has been set up for creation of consulting schemes and study on blur evaluation has been made to a certain extent.Methods that are put forward in the paper correspond with different periods in creation process with exercisable, reasonable and scientific characteristics. It contributes certain extent as reference and operation to the generation of consulting schemes.
