Abstract


With the rapid increase in the level of urbanization in China , the rapid increase in urban population , the improvement of the water quality standards and the increased pressure to reduce emissions , urban water needs huge investment , but also a more urgent demand for investment and financing of urban water facilities I need to find the funds . Asset securitization is one of the innovative ways of international project financing , has unique advantages . This paper attempts combination of financing and urban water infrastructure projects , asset securitization , in a line with China's national conditions on the basis of the principle of operation of urban water facilities asset securitization , feasibility , difficulty parsing , explore financing model effectively alleviate our city Waterworks lack of construction funds to accelerate the pace of China 's urban water facilities construction , to promote the development of urban water rolling . First, an overview of the urban water , the characteristics of the asset securitization , operational procedures and related principles discussed . Second , the article from the introduction of Waterworks investment position and the water market trends , as well as China 's urban water facilities financing situation and existing problems . And application of asset securitization financing feasibility and necessity of urban water facilities , detailed discussion of that asset securitization is an effective way to solve the shortage of funds for urban water facilities . Then , the mode of operation of the urban water facilities asset securitization financing substantive discussion and propose suitable for China 's urban water facilities in the area of asset securitization operation mode . Finally, in-depth study of the asset securitization asset securitization process in our Waterworks pricing , financing, risk assessment and break through the difficulties of the current system and proposed the corresponding countermeasures .
