Abstract

This article is divided into four chapters . Chapter I : literature review , an overview of Baiyangdian area status and the waters of heavy metal pollution , a brief overview on the dangers of heavy metals , summed up the heavy metal sample preparation and detection technology , as well as heavy metals in water treatment method phytoremediation technology . Chapter II : ten heavy metal elements in the Baiyangdian eight locations in water samples using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry detection, using microwave digestion method to preprocess the Baiyangdian water samples using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer to determine its content . The detection limit of the range of 0.0026 - 0.40μg / L , recoveries between 95.2-106.8 % , relative standard deviation is less than 6.4%. Chapter III : In this paper established a dual channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination of arsenic and cadmium content in the reeds , the use of microwave digestion method to explore the effect of different types of acid digestion , as well as the optimum amount of acid digestion plant samples , the use of dual-channel the relative standard deviation of atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination of the content , method detection limit : As 0.010μg / L the CD for 0.012μg / L ; recovery : As of 82.8 % -106.9 % 89.0% -103.1 % for Cd ; as for the 0.59 % and 1.09% for Cd . Chapter 4: indoor culture , technology and atomic fluorescence spectrometry detection method by microwave digestion Determination of green chrysanthemum , centipede grass and water samples lead content , Baiyangdian common aquatic plants green chrysanthemum and of centipede grass on the removal of lead in water . The analysis showed that the selected experimental conditions , the two plants by adsorption of lead in water in 14 days by 45 mg / L , respectively, decreased to 0.615 mg / L and 0.006 mg / L , the removal rates were : 98.64% and 99.87% , respectively . Green chrysanthemum and centipede grass plants accumulated 8.19 mg / g and 16.52 mg / g of lead .
