Abstract

Financial facilities on a global scale as the various factors of production and transaction information carrier in the modern market economy, the unique operation of the law and its effective support of the financial activities for the promotion of the smooth development of the optimal allocation of resources and economic activities have a huge impact . Characteristics of the development of recycling economy, the financial needs and financial analysis of circular economy supporting role that the development of recycling economy depends on the support of developed a sound financial system, financial industry service driver, there is no cycle economic and technological development and rapid industrialization, rapid construction of circular economy projects and successfully put into operation. In-depth study of financial theory, the establishment and improvement of an effective system of financial support, is a necessary condition for the development of recycling economy. The financial support of the development of recycling economy there is insufficient investment in recycling economy are not enthusiastic about the main financing channel is narrow, circular economy run there is a high risk. The main reason is the weak government support of recycling economy, financial institutions failed to provide adequate credit support, capital market cycle economic support is not enough, the credit environment and guarantee mechanisms are inadequate. These factors will influence the function of financial support for the development of China's circular economy. To solve the above problem, the government departments should give full play to the role of macro-control, increase government investment and restructure government investment.
