In the socialism society of market economy, building harmonious socialism new labor relation is the important content of building harmony society. As the acceleration of the market process, labor relation is becoming the most fundamental and important social relation in the economic and social life. Labor relation is not only refer to employ organization and employee’s basic right, and strongly related to whole people’s own key interest, but also affect the development of social economy, and influence society stability. The labor relation is the basic relation in the process of labor, but it affected by economic system environment, and also controlled by policy and law institution provided by government. But, nowadays labor market still have such kind of unstable elements: labor contract is not so perfect that cause the labor relation’s instability, labor relation’s interest conflict is becoming more, state own enterprise’s institution transform cause employee’s loss, labor relation side’s force inequity result in weak employee’s right and interest on law can not be protected, labor committee organization can’t completely perform effect.At the background of building socialism harmonious society to perfect the labor relation, government should adopt positive policy, from such sides: the viewpoint of law institution, employment’s perspective, from contact institution, strengthen labor inspection, labor dispute disposition, perfection of labor committee institution , perfect the government’s function of ruling the labor relation, to adapt to the market’s challenge, calming down the social conflicts, protect the labor’s rights and interest on law to build the socialism harmonious society smoothly.
