Abstract


Chinese cities, especially in large cities, not only accommodate the majority of the urban population and the rural population, but also are of modern civilization carrier. Due to the lack of city development planning, a variety of typical urban diseases are shown and increasingly prominent atypical urban disease. Facing worsening urban problems in china, the Marxist theory on the city once again specified direction for the issue of the development of Chinese urban area. The content of this paper is to commence around urban disease and hopes to offer some effective ways to build a new harmonious development of a healthy city. On this basis, analyze a series of city problems in the process of our China’s urbanization to get the cause of the problems and use the Marxism as the theoretical guidance to comprehensive management of urban disease in China for building a harmonious development of cities.And then the thesis research the classical Marxist theory and our leaders of the views on city problems to find out the guidance of the current issue of the city and better resolve the emerging problems in the urbanization. At the same time, analysis the encountered problems in the process of the domestic and foreign urbanization, by studying the relation of the Marxist theory on city and our China’s urbanization, pointing out the guiding role of the Marxist theory to our China’s urbanization, and research them as a indivisible whole and provide solutions for the problem in the process of urbanization.Finally, give a summary of the paper. Recall the history of the development of China’s urban area and the difficulties encountered in the process of manage the urban problems, look forward to the prospect of China’s urban disease must be comprehensive management and construct a harmonious city in the future under the guidance of Marxist theory on city.The innovation in this paper is that it comprehensively and systematically understands the Marxist theory of urban viewpoints and the ways of thinking and the theoretical principles, at the same time, which is applied by combining the situation of Chinese society and the time need and use the Marxist theory as the guidance of the sustaining development of economic and social stabilization in China’s urban cities. By analyzing the basic characteristics of urban problems and build a viable solution in this area, in building a harmonious urban area and socialist modernization using the Marxist theory as the role of guidelines, assurance and service.Through the research of the solutions of the problem on city, to provide an effective policy decision-making reference for the urban management departments, and to provide an effective means of education for residents and protect the legitimate interests of residents to meet the object of building a health of socialist harmonious city.
