Abstract


Since the 1980s , state-owned coal mine safety and fielded numerous production processes automation monitoring and control subsystem . Due to time constraints of information technology , formed a month automation subsystem information silos, resulting in a waste of human and information resources . With the development of economic construction and rapid growth in energy demand prompted coal mines , as well as information resource demand continues to increase , the effective integration of the subsystems of the production processes , the establishment of a unified hardware and software platform , enhanced utilization of information become mine information process need to be addressed a new topic. Combining these development needs , the paper coal mine monitoring system broadband access technology network control reliability , mining ring access , explosion- regional integrated monitoring station , integrated automation platform software and other related aspects of in-depth study to develop a flameproof industrial-grade broadband mine ring access , and integrated automation platform access system , a variety of different automation subsystem information integration , to achieve the various subsystems , control systems and management information systems to share information , to achieve the production process control, control , monitoring integration. The first time in the domestic backbone network redundancy technology referenced to control coal mine integrated automation system, the solution to the whole mine integrated automation of key technologies , and to solve the user is most concerned about remote control reliability problems , the establishment of a unified hardware interface and software into the access platform , has been successfully implemented in a number of mines , platform functionality with system applications increasingly rich , and has been widely recognized by coal users .
