Abstract

The use of UV-3l01PC type UV - visible - infrared spectrophotometer and FLS920 steady state / transient fluorescence spectrometer for a new hyperbranched polyfluorene derivatives (HBPF) of the absorption spectra , fluorescence emission spectra , fluorescence excitation spectra and time - resolved the fluorescence spectra of the study . The spectral analysis results show that : 1) HBPF two absorption peaks at 377 nm and 440 nm near . 2) at 377 nm excitation wavelength HBPF fluorescence emission spectra , After Gaussian resolve , get six fluorescent components : 429 nm , 450 nm , 475 nm , 548 nm , 576 nm and 656 nm , the respective shares of proportion respectively : 5.52% , 8.77% , 6.99% , 13.80% , 55.32% and 9.60% , respectively . 3) HBPF fluorene unit to the efficient energy transfer between the benzothiazole unit , fluorene unit in the 377 nm excited by light , the excited state energy transfer to the benzothiazole unit so that it emits at 570 nm near a higher efficiency of the green light, become the of HBPF main light emitting component . 4) in the 353 nm femtosecond optical excitation component in said six fluorescence emission wavelength , respectively measured fluorescence decay curve , and its single exponential fitting to obtain the fluorescence lifetime of the respective components as follows : 0.65 ns 0.69 ns, 0.75 ns, 3.65 ns, 3.86 ns and 4.06 ns .
