Abstract


At present,the situation of safety in production of construction is still severe, how to reduce safety accidents and promote national safety awareness are becoming the pressing need of harmonious development of society in China. The building of safety culture of the construction enterprise is the effective route to improve people’s safety awareness and the effective measures to raise the level of safety management. The evaluation of safety culture becomes the important part of modern safety production and safety management, and can predict safety trend accurately. It can provide specific objective, direction and action guide for the building of safety culture of construction enterprise.Gray relation analysis method can judgment the primary and secondary relationship of factors by little massage sample, especially for the gray question. Safety culture system is a complex system with many factors includes certain factors and uncertain factors. The paper tries to attempt the gray relation analysis method to safety culture evaluation with qualitative and quantitative, and accurate applied research is done.The paper analyses the safety culture theory in depth and give the concept and structure levels. The paper expands the cognition of safety culture of construction enterprise and reads the safety culture of construction enterprise from corporation level, project environment level, manager level, executor level and external environment factor based on that. The paper builds indicator system of safety culture of construction enterprise by the evaluation object of corporation level, project level, project manager level, executor level through the visual angle of period considering the external environment factor. The paper selects gray relation analysis as the evaluation method form many other known methods according to the gray character of safety culture system and builds improved multistage gray relation analysis model, and introduces the method to identify weight of indicators. The paper applies the gray relation analysis theory to safety culture evaluation of construction enterprise.Gray relation analysis in the safety culture evaluation has theoretical study and practical value significance. The paper only is a abecedarian research, many works are improved in the future.
