Abstract

Collection of plants and plant advantage of Han Yuan Tang, the Ouse and group Baoshan lead-zinc, lead and zinc content of the test and found false chickweed (Pseudostellaria maximowicziana (Franch.et Savat.) Pax) is a lead-zinc-rich set plants; through the indoor pot experiment enrichment plant characteristics, physiological and biochemical preliminary study. Now the results reported as follows: 1, in the analysis of 14 kinds of mines dominant plants, the strongest enrichment false chickweed root and shoot average content of lead were 1018.33mg/kg and 728.30mg/kg, zinc the respectively 1102.90mg/kg and 1034.10mg/kg lead and zinc content of the body is close to or more than the content of lead and zinc in the soil. Root of lead, zinc enrichment factor were 0.85 and 0.87, 0.76 and 0.85, respectively aerial parts. Aerial parts of lead, zinc transporter coefficients were 0.81 and 0.86. This false chickweed lead enrichment and transport capacity, with lead and zinc enrichment plant characteristics. 2, the indoor pot experiment results show that: (1) false chickweed root activity with lead, zinc concentration increases substantially increasing trend in lead, zinc processing 400/500mg/L the highest 1.398mgTTF / (g · h), compared with the control increased 433.92 percent; chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll content with the increase of the concentration of lead and zinc substantially upward trend and was significantly higher than that of the control; with lead and zinc concentration increased root and shoot dry weight, root to shoot ratio trend is the same as the root activity, changes in chlorophyll, roots and aerial parts dry weight, respectively 1.62g/plant and 10.33g/plant are 6.23 times and 5.55 times. (2) with lead, zinc concentration increases, false chickweed aerial parts of protected activity (SOD, POD, CAT) and malondialdehyde (MDA), the changes are different. SOD, CAT and POD activity roughly with the increase of the concentration of lead and zinc changes first and then decreased, while the content of MDA generally favorable trend is down then up. (3) false chickweed aerial parts of soluble sugar content increased with the increase in the concentrations of lead, zinc; aerial parts of soluble protein content with lead, zinc concentration enlargement of the changes first and then decreased. (4) false chickweed roots and aerial parts of lead and zinc content, total absorption and transfer coefficient with the increase of the concentration of lead and zinc and a generally increasing trend. The distribution of lead and zinc in the false chickweed organs are root> aerial parts, but the total amount of lead and zinc absorption are the aerial parts> root. Which roots and aerial parts of the lead content of lead, zinc treatment level for 200/700mg/L and 400/500mg/L when the highest were 1386.08mg/kg and 1197.93mg/kg; zinc content in lead, zinc The treatment level 400/700mg/L, and 400/500mg/L the highest, respectively for 9250.50mg/kg and 8243.15mg/kg; root of lead, zinc enrichment factor up to 17.4 and 76.5, the aerial parts of a maximum 13.5 and 66.5, respectively; transfer coefficient up to 0.90 and 0.93, the total of the aerial parts of lead and zinc absorption in Pb / Zn treatment levels 400/500mg/L and 200/700mg/L of the highest were 11.73mg / plant and 82.71mg/plant. False chickweed aerial parts of lead and zinc absorption average total amounted to the dry weight of 0.80% and 0.10%, maximum 0.93% and 0.12%, respectively. (5) partial correlation analysis found that the lead content of the roots and aerial parts of the applied concentrations of lead, zinc were highly significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficient was r = 0.890 ** , r = 0.884 < sup> ** , r = 0.625 ** and r = 0.610 ** ; different lead concentration false chickweed roots and aerial parts of the zinc content of was a significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficient was r = 0.718 ** , r = of 0.722 ** ; different zinc concentrations false chickweed root zinc content was significantly positively related to the zinc content of the aerial parts was a significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficient was r = 0.501 * and r = 0.539 **. Regression analysis showed a significant linear regression relationship between them. In the concentration range of the test, lead, zinc stress on false chickweed roots and aerial parts of lead, zinc content synergies, lead, zinc stress promotes false chickweed lead and zinc absorption. 3 In summary, false chickweed is a lead and zinc enrichment plants, and can be recommended for a higher concentration of lead and zinc district remediation of polluted soil standby plant.
