Abstract


This paper firstly introduces the course of conglomeration and merger of Tobacco industry of our country. By the consolidated method of history and logic, analyzed the four features and developing trends of tobacco culture characteristics in transformation period. In this background, pointed out that the cultural integration and cultural integration are the reorganization of United cigarettes industrial enterprises an important indicator of success.
