EU announced on September 11, 2003 , Decree 2002 / 61 stipulates that any release of carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes prohibit the use of the test , China will also be banned azo dyes under reducing conditions as a national mandatory standard GB 18401-2003 national Textile Product safety Technical specifications \China 's textile and garment production industry but the overall level of awareness of the ecological textiles , many vendors interested in pursuing a fabric colors, functional effects , and rarely consider environmental, safety factors . In order to ensure the performance of our ecological safety of textiles , we need to further strengthen the the banned azo detection on textile . However, as our product range , production of large textile industry , the azo detection ability is quite limited , and can not meet the testing needs . Therefore , efforts should be made to improve the detection capabilities of banned azo dyes , in order to promote the development of China's ecological textiles . The first textile banned azo detection technology overview , and then on the basis of previous work , optimizing processes , liquid-liquid extraction method first rapid qualitative solid phase extraction method to replace high cost , long time . When the positive samples is encountered , and then tested using conventional methods , some stromal simple sample liquid-liquid extraction method can be directly used for processing . 4 - aminoazobenzene unstable , easily decomposed into aniline and 1,4 - diaminobenzene . The text from the control of the chemical reaction conditions and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and high performance liquid chromatography / diode array detector (HPLC / DAD) in conjunction with the two discussed 4 - aminoazobenzene detection method .
