Abstract


Since 1973 the world’s energy crisis, the energy issue has become the whole of society one of the issues of greatest concern. Energy is the development of human society’s vital resources, However, all kinds of conventional energy reserves are limited, is not inexhaustible’s. Therefore, in order to the sustainable development of mankind, energy conservation is of great significance.China’s energy consumption accounts for about building the country’s total energy consumption of 27.47 percent, and that this proportion is still sustained growth. Therefore the construction of China’s energy-saving energy is the focus of the work. Statistics show that energy consumption in China’s energy consumption in all types of building large-scale commercial building energy consumption relatively large, including major energy consumption for heating air-conditioning refrigeration. Research found that large commercial buildings in Xi’an are equipped with basic central air conditioning, indoor thermal comfort prevails a strange phenomenon: the "feeling of winter indoor heat, low summer temperature feel cold", the reasons for this phenomenon is not considered the human body, scattered Heat, air conditioning load unreasonable design, energy wasted a great addition, the social development needs of the construction of large commercial buildings surge capacity is also growing, therefore, large commercial buildings more energy-saving research is important.The topics to Xi’an in large commercial buildings to study objects in the "Xi’an" and "large-scale commercial building" a limited, examples of research, summarized the construction of such design features and operation mode. These characteristics determine a large-scale commercial buildings and residential buildings compared to the relatively large energy consumption, housing construction is generally 10 to 15 times. The main reason there are three areas: First of all, people have indoor thermal comfort requirements of the environment and increasing Secondly, in the construction programme design, building construction, equipment and other aspects of the design unreasonable. Thirdly, it was the lack of awareness of energy conservation. Therefore, the appropriate sum up the characteristics of the climate in Xi’an large-scale commercial building energy-saving measures is the design of the main topics of this research.Based on large commercial buildings in Xi’an design features and mode of operation of the summary and analysis of indoor heat transfer process, combining features of climate in Xi’an, from the construction programme design, building construction, construction equipment, and other perspectives of the Xi’an area suitable for large-scale commercial building The design of energy-saving strategies.
