Under the background of global carbon reduction, also actively carry out energy conservation work in our country, the construction industry is one of the three major energy-consuming industries in our country, construction industry has developed rapidly but building energy efficiency aspect development is not perfect. Carbon emissions trading as a means of promoting carbon reduction adopted by many countries attach importance to and, the carbon emissions trading mechanism in building energy conservation field, the two promote each other, bring the construction of low carbon economy development. Establish suitable for China’s carbon emissions trading system in the field of building energy efficiency, analysis the mechanism of participants in the face of risk and its prevention, and measure analysis of economic and social benefit, the establishment of a perfect mechanism.First of all, the thesis of carbon emissions in the field of building energy saving, connotation and characteristics are analyzed. Second, the analysis of foreign mature mode of carbon emissions trading, on the basis of design for building energy-saving field of carbon emissions trading mode in our country, and the main form of the transaction mechanism and pricing taxation, operation mode and the establishment of auxiliary measures are analyzed. Third, building energy conservation were analyzed deeply in the field of carbon emissions trading mechanisms each participation main body are faced with the risk and its prevention, and build the corresponding risk prevention system. On the basis of the above research, the paper by comparing the energy-efficient building costs and carbon emissions trading, the relationship between the use of cost-benefit analysis method, evaluated the carbon emissions trading system in the field of building energy saving, economic benefits and social benefits.Through thorough analysis, found that the field of building energy saving carbon emissions trading mechanisms should be based on the clean development mechanism, enforce market is given priority to, with the method of quota allocation to trade otc market. Analysis of the risks of participants to establish perfect risk prevention system, ensure the smooth progress of trading mechanism. In economic benefit analysis of the benefit analysis, the basic feasible mechanism, social benefit analysis at the same time, the mechanism of the operation has certain economic benefits and huge social benefits.
