Abstract


Foot health relates to general health of human`s body. Feet are the root of the human body and the point of body vitality pool. The reason why foot is known as the "second heart" of human is based on the theory of bio-holographic. Foot contacts all the organs of human body entirely. By 2020, elderly population in China will reach 248 million and the level of aging will reach 17.17%. With the acceleration of population aging in China, our whole society should be more concerned about the health of older age groups.The consumption power of the market affects the targeted of research about regularity foot. So now research about foot rule and the morphology of the foot-specific shoe for the older age groups (55 years old) is still lagging behind the normal. And the level of research also stayed in the "Standards of China’s shoe size and shoes tree" which was formulated in 1968. Now the state of life in the elderly and walking habit compared with 40 years ago are completely different. Therefore, the feet data of past are quite different from present.This paper belongs to the stage research, which is a part of“Feet shape regularity of China elderly’’that is the municipal project in Beijing. The project collected a large number of data of feet shape in the elderly, used Projects Software to extract the target data of each measurement files, and then imported the extracted data into the Excel software to save, last used SPSS Software to analysis and comparison 19 key data. I used Decalm3D Shoes System to establish the data for 16 models of shoe. The research aims to improve the functionality and comfort of footwear of middle-age .
