With the rapid development of Finite Element Analysis Method, numerical simulations on computer are widely used in the field of explosion against building as an effective approach. In this paper, on the base of many references, numerical simulations are carried out about explosive shock wave acting on reinforced masonry wall using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, which is a well-developed finite element analysis application. The main work of this thesis can be summarized as follows:In this paper a general introduction is made about explosion and explosion protection in the past and at present, and this paper also lays a foundation for the following work.Using ALE algorithm and the JWL state equation for the product of explosive detonation, the propagation rules of explosive shock wave above the ground without obstacles induced by TNT bombs has been studied. The three-dimensional solid model is set up using ANSYS, and program LS-DYNA3D is used to calculate. The numerical simulation results are compared with the empirical formula calculating results, and the calculating results of overpressure peak value basically coincides with them. The propagation rules of shock wave caused by TNT bombs in an obstructive field are analyzed, and the numerical simulation of which the shock wave flows around an obstacle is conducted. The initial development of three-dimensional explosive field and the around-flow behavior with an obstacle around an explosive source are obtained. By using post-processing software LS-PREPOST to give a visual revelation to the around-flow course, the results suggest that the around-flow phenomena coincide with the law of physics. The destruction process of the relative typical reinforced masonry wall is simulated by using transient dynamics analysis of ANSYS/LS-DYNA. By using the advantage of the numerical analysis, the wall bearing constrain, the masonry material strength grade, the reinforced ratio of the vertical bar, the ratio of height to width, load peak value, distance between wall and explosive center, wall opening and GFRP strengthening are changed to analyze the model. By the changing of the parameters and analysis, the transformation rule and destruction condition of the wall under the explosion load can be got. The rule of the stress of the masonry, reinforcing bar and GFRP follows the time can be got at the same time. The anti-detonation capability of the reinforced masonry wall under various behaviors is evaluated to find out the most important factor to the structure response. All these work offer the theoretical principle and meritorious reference data for anti-detonation design about the reinforced masonry wall.
