Abstract


Ports have been playing an important part in the developing of our whole country. Consider the port resources exiguousness and unrecyclable,there must be scientific guide of its usage so as to make full use of port resources.The country has also announced《The Sea Port Layout In The Whole Country》to guide each port’s development,which as well as gives the port certain strategy goals.This thesis mainly does the research on Longkou port.Firstly,show a simply introduction of Longkou port and the developed things.On the basically analysis of the environment both inward an outward,applies SWOT,giving the port strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and threatens.Secondly,uses Game Theory in analysis Yantai port and Longkou port recombine,showing Longkou port’s strategy in new background.Lastly,study the Longkou port throughput year by year,then uses EXCEL and Logistics model forecasts its throughput in the future.Combining the rules of strategy making,gives the Longkou port developing strategy goals and planning details.On the background of the large port making strategy to guide their development, this thesis chooses Longkou port as the study project.The analysis means and main conclusions will do goods to other regional ports.
