Abstract


Since the mid-19th century, the emergence of large-scale railway network, in order to ensure the normal operation of rail lines and produced a class of jobs, this is the railway inspection. Inspection of the contents of the geometric parameters for the measuring rail, and security data to be compared, if it exceeds the allowable range, the rails have to physically repair. Inspection records in our approach to the inspection report text-based manual workers, the report mainly dominated by numbers and symbols, but also simple Chinese characters. However, there are some statements can not be eradicated by hand ills, such statements can not be reused paper, storage space and environmental requirements for higher; annual inspection of each worker to save on paper and costs about 200 yuan, resulting in unit storage costs than high; report data in order to meet the statistical and computer monitoring rail safety requirements, the need for secondary input, seriously affecting work efficiency, waste of human resources and so on. Because of the many shortcomings of the traditional recording methods, so we had to develop a new recording to replace it, and this is the main research object - a portable electronic recorder railway inspection. This paper developed a microcontroller-based electronic recorder prototype, this recorder used in railway inspection, will provide information on the process of the railway sector play a catalytic role, its mainly used in information-based data collection, by the operator on the test data records directly into electronic data format, to avoid secondary inputs for improved data reliability. Firstly, based on the data transmission principle, analyzed the portable electronic recorder railway inspection of several major data transmission path, respectively logger microcontroller and Chinese display system for data transfer between the recorder data between MCU and memory transmission, recording Miriam SCM and PC data transfer between; then through the portable rail inspection recorder function analysis to determine its main function modules, developed in accordance with features of its hardware appliances, and tools for developers using KeilμVersion logger microcontroller the operating system of the program design, in which the display and input Chinese characters is the difficulty of this record entry, the design uses a relatively easy character development of the domestic LCD module HZ128-64D20 Chinese character display LCD modules, so that this seemingly intractable problems, greatly simplifying the design and development process; Finally, based on a detailed analysis of the operating system flowchart of the entire system functional testing, including electronic recorder recording function tests, reading tests and other data storage and other major aspects of functional testing, test results fully meet established requirements.
