Abstract


Objective: To compare MMP-2 and MMP-9 in OLP and normal tissue, and other diseases in the positive rate differential to explore MMP-2 and MMP-9 and OLP and the occurrence and development of the relationship between cancerous tendencies.Methods: First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University Dental 2006-2007 Pathology confirmed 22 cases of OLP for the study, 11 patients with normal oral mucosa, 22 cases of oral leukoplakia, and 22 cases of cancer for the control of phosphorus, the mucosa Organizations embedded in paraffin, fixed, paraffin sections, immunohistochemical staining, after weathering sections under the microscope, double-blind observation, the semi-quantitative methods based on the expression of its determination, calculated the percentage of positive expression, and their statistical analysis Learning differences.Results: In normal oral mucosa, OLP, oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma of MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression in turn, increase. MMP-2 and MMP-9 in OLP and oral leukoplakia in the positive rate was significantly higher than normal oral mucosa (p <0.05); MMP-2 and MMP-9 in OLP and oral leukoplakia between the positive expression There was no significant difference (p> 0.05); squamous cell carcinoma of MMP-2 and MMP-9 positive rate was significantly higher than normal oral mucosa, OLP and oral leukoplakia (p <0.05).Conclusions:1. In the normal tissue of MMP-2 and MMP-9 are weak positive expression.2. MMP-2 and MMP-9 in OLP in a higher expression may be related to the occurrence of the OLP.3.MMP-2 and MMP-9 with the level of expression of OLP and the development of potential cancer-related. The high positive rate of OLP cancerous potential high, on the contrary, the low rate of positive expression of the low potential OLP cancer, as cancerous potential OLP determine the level of reference.4. MMP-2 and MMP-9 level and the expression of the epithelial tissue dysplasia high and low degree of correlation. MMP-2 and MMP-9 in abnormal epithelial hyperplasia in the expression of no higher than the abnormal epithelial hyperplasia (leukoplakia, squamous cell carcinoma than Lichen Planus), the white spot and squamous cell carcinoma with epithelial tissue increase the degree of dysplasia And expression.
