Abstract


Objective To evaluate the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG) near-term and long-term efficacy of trabeculectomy . The select line trabecular resection with primary angle-closure glaucoma , 30 cases ( 47 ) , including 22 primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma , 24 primary acute angle-closure glaucoma . After 6 to 30 months follow-up. The main indicators of intraocular pressure and visual field . Compare glaucoma preoperative and postoperative short-term and long-term intraocular pressure ; preoperative vision , the the HPA international perspective staging glaucoma divided into early, middle , late , compare glaucoma surgery early, middle and late during recent forward intraocular pressure; further compare postoperative early as in a different period glaucoma preoperative and postoperative visual field ( the average light sensitivity and mean defect degrees) . Results (1) postoperative angle-closure glaucoma, preoperative IOP and postoperative and long-term IOP changes significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; ( 2 ) issues of angle-closure glaucoma without postoperative IOP changes significant difference ( P gt; 0.05 ) ; ( 3 ) the average postoperative photosensitivity and average defect degrees change frequency no statistically significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05) . Conclusion Trabeculectomy is an effective long-term treatment of angle-closure glaucoma the ocular hypotensive method ; patients with angle-closure glaucoma intraocular pressure stabilized at normal levels , the glaucoma optic nerve lesions may be no significant progress . Surgical treatment regardless of the severity of disease , but we still need further observation to determine the correctness of statistical conclusions .
