Abstract

Background: With the rise of the fifth revolution in information technology, computer technology in all walks of life has made a wide range of applications. Database technology as the foundation and core of the computer application system, after nearly 40 years of development, laid the core and foundation of the economy in today's information society. The WEB database as one of the many novel database, not only all of the advantages of the Web and the database together, and can take full advantage of the large number of existing database information resources. Web database access technology is common direction of development of the Internet and databases. WEB database access technology, there are three relatively ASP technology has many obvious advantages, it has become one of the mainstream technology development network database application in ASP. Commonly used Web database system can be divided according to their size, both large database with small and medium-sized database, Access database become more commonly used in today's networks, small and medium-sized database form. Belong to Microsoft products and Windows, IIS and Access database, with more closely, and it has easy to learn, easy data management advantages, it is more likely to adopt. Objective: To establish WEB-based the orbital disease specialist database, the scientific management of the various forms, and fragmented save data, orderly the classified and effective utilization.
