Abstract


Textiles presence or absence of hazardous substances or residues is exceeded, is directly related to textiles ecological indicators. In recent years, have developed and introduced a series of eco-textile standards, toxic and harmful substances in textiles made banned or restricted strict requirements. Some countries by virtue of its technical superiority, technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment procedures as the main form of technical trade measures to restrict imports, exports to China have certain obstacles.
