With the continuous strengthening of the people 's health awareness , cigarette filter rod ( filter ) in the tobacco industry, more and more attention , increasing production needs and quality requirements . Nantong cigarette filter Co., Ltd. in the transformation of the equipment at the same time , its process parameters are optimized , the paper studies the impact of the institutions of the opening song of the filter rod quality indicators and optimization . Through analysis of the working principle of the cigarette filter rod forming apparatus , especially the analysis of the working principle of the opener mechanism , has been to the approximate relationship of the parameters and product quality index . In the drawn opener institutions after the impact of the drop in product quality indicators , hardness and weight three conclusions , these three set the goal of this optimization , the selection of the many parameters opener institutions opener than back to speed than the thread roll , stable roll and plasticizing agent spray rate parameters for the optimization factors . Five factors and four levels orthogonal test and use SPSS software to do a simple analysis of the mean . Again according to the principle of non-linear regression using SPSS software, a regression analysis , to establish the mathematical model of the pressure drop , hardness and weight regression equation , and analysis of the significant . Use of the theory of multi-objective optimization , using a multi-objective approximation algorithms in MATLAB , three methods of evolutionary algorithms and self evolutionary algorithm program parameters are optimized , and compare the results of the three , the final optimal value . Through the work , to improve the quality of the product .
