Abstract


Objective: To investigate coronary heart disease and depression, and ( or ) anxiety disorder interaction on heart rate variability in patients with coronary heart disease , infer autonomic function in patients with coronary heart disease implications for secondary prevention of coronary heart disease and treatment provide a theoretical basis . Methods: Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HRSD) in our hospital from April 2006 to July 2007 outpatient and inpatient investigation , according to the 1979 International Society of Cardiology and associations , world Health Organization (ISFC / WHO) clinical named joint thematic group to develop standardized diagnostic criteria and CHD HAMA, HRSD assess anxiety, depression score, and diagnostic criteria of mental illness and the third edition (CCMD-Ⅲ) and the International classification of Mental Disorders 10th edition (ICD-10) diagnostic criteria for all selected candidates underwent conventional 12-lead ECG, 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram , cardiac ultrasound and other tests , according to the presence or absence of coronary heart disease and depression or a solitary hair anxiety disorders were divided into group A will be selected ( coronary artery disease and depression and / or anxiety disorder group), B group ( coronary heart disease is not associated with depression and / or anxiety disorder group ), C group ( without coronary heart disease and depression / or anxiety disorder group ) D group ( ie no coronary heart healthy control group without depression and / or anxiety disorder group ) four groups. Finally, reflecting the autonomic function of HRV indexes SDNN (24h standard deviation of normal RR interval ), SDNNindex (NN between standard deviation of the mean ) for factorial design analysis of variance . Results : A, B, C, D four groups by factorial design analysis of variance , we found a simple and coronary heart disease or depression alone ( or ) anxiety disorders for SDNN, SDNNindex no significant effect (P> 0.05); coronary heart disease and depressive disorder and ( or ) when interacting anxiety disorders were lower SDNN and SDNNindex , with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Patients with depressive disorders and coronary heart disease ( or ) anxiety disorder exists when reduced heart rate variability , which can cause autonomic imbalance , depression and anxiety disorders and thus can be used as the patient's condition and prognosis of coronary heart disease one of the factors .
