Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficiency of using the QiHong Herbal helping rehabilitation therapy in Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG). Method: 72 Patients of CABG randomly divided into treatment group (n=36)and control group (n=36). Control group were given regular treatment,while treatment group were added the QiHong Herbal with regular treatment,one month was a period of treatment and two period of treatments were observed the effect. Results: After a 2-month treatment. Total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.88%.In the control group was 61.11% (p<0.05); evidently effective rate in the control group was 5.56%, in the treatment group were 19.44%,two groups were different significantly (p<0.05). Scoring of symptoms was decreased.(p<0.05), The scores in terms of pain, vitality, role of emotion, mental health, health transition of patients in the experimental group according to SF-36 scale were significantly higher than those in the control group (p <0.05 ). In terms of 6 min walking test was evidently effective rate in the treatment group than that in the control group (p<0.05). The function of heart LVEF before and after the test, two groups were effective (p<0.05), but there were not statistical different between two groups (p>0.05). Conclusions: (1) the QiHong Herbal can improve the relation symptom. (2) QiHong Herbal can improve function of LEVF、the quality of life and the actual living ability of CABG patients.
