Ultrasonic frequency in the 2 × 10 ~ 4 ~ 2 × 10 ~ 9Hz acoustic wave, it generates acoustic cavitation phenomenon in the propagation process. Acoustic cavitation will be a combination of dyes and fibers in the special form of energy to accelerate the release of dye in the extraction of the vegetable dyes or coloring. The existing literature shows that the application of ultrasonic technology in vegetable dyes extracted and wool dyeing reported uncommon systematic application of ultrasonic technology research carried out on several vegetable dyes and wool fabric. First, the study HT-CT, SM-CT, HY-CT, SLZ-CT and HZ-CT as ultrasonic extraction of vegetable dyes comparison with conventional extraction, ultrasonic extraction through the same process to pick out the best HT-CT and SM-CT for further study by univariate analysis, orthogonal experimental method to determine the optimum conditions for HT-CT and SM-CT ultrasonic extraction, and further study of the stability and extraction techniques extract dyeing properties. The study showed that: ultrasonic extraction is an effective extraction technology. Has a higher extraction efficiency compared to the conventional extraction process, ultrasonic extraction. HT-CT and optimize the extraction process of the SM-CT is very stable, and the conventional extract under the same process, the ultrasonic extract dye fabric swatches darker, ultrasonic technology for vegetable dyes HT-CT and SM -CT extraction is feasible. Wool fabric as the object of study of ultrasonic dyeing, pigment ML-CT and HT-CT contrast extract liquid of ultrasonic dyeing and conventional staining to study the characteristics of ultrasonic dyeing: Through single factor analysis and orthogonal experiment to determine the ultrasonic dyeing The optimum conditions. Studies show: ultrasonic auxiliary role and the dyeing performance comparison under conventional conditions, ultrasonic dyeing dyeing acceleration, it is possible to reduce the dyeing temperature, shortening the staining time, reduce the amount of dye, to a certain extent, improved fabric color fastness. Finally, Preliminary ultrasonic dyeing dyeing acceleration mechanism. The dye itself and the characteristics of the dyeing and wool fiber morphology and physical and chemical properties of the ultrasonic treatment. The results show that: the ultrasonic energy used in this experiment does not change the shade of the dye after treatment dyebath absorbance values ??increase, increase the solubility of the dye, and further study found that ultrasonic processing can improve the diffusion coefficient of the dye and the dye rate constant, there conducive to promoting the dyeing process. Wool fibers by ultrasonic treatment scales etching damage, but the role of its weak; infrared spectrum shows the chemical structure of the wool fiber is no change before and after the ultrasonic treatment; wool fibers by ultrasonic treatment, the breaking strength declined slightly, pending further The in-depth study. In short, ultrasonic technology in the experimental plant dyes extracted and wool fabric dyeing effect is obvious, but the relevant mechanism for further comprehensive study is needed.
