Abstract


Down the textile industry since China's accession to the WTO, the global trade patterns related enterprises in China has brought new opportunities, and also so that these enterprises are faced with the challenge of how to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the post-quota era, meet all aspects. DL down company is specialized in the production and manufacture of feather and down products, in order to be able to grasp the historic opportunity brought about by the growth of the industry, and promote the development of corporate health, sound. New domestic and international economic development situation, combined with the actual situation of the company, using Michael Porter's value chain analysis of the theoretical tools to optimize the current enterprise value chain combined with the current development of information technology and electronic business take advantage of the popularity of the feasibility of theoretical models of the value chain innovation, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, in order to survive and develop in market competition. Research ideas of this paper is to use Michael Porter value chain analysis tools, starting from DL down the company's internal and external value chain analysis, optimization and integration of the existing value chain, but also on the DL down in sustainable development of e-commerce environment, the strategic direction of the development of some of the company's value chain, breakthrough small market for traditional feather textile industry into the international market development practice to provide some constructive guidance. The text is divided into six chapters focus on the analysis and mode of DL down the value chain optimization and innovation. The first chapter is an introduction part. Background and the significance of the thesis, and pointed out to face the opportunities and challenges of the external environment, DL down how to cope, and to contribute to their own survival and development is most urgent to solve the problem. The second chapter from the enterprise value, the value chain concept intrinsically linked paper introduced the theoretical basis of the value chain and the new, as the analysis of the relationship between the enterprise value chain enterprises competitive advantage. The third chapter is the analysis of the DL down existing value chain activities in low-cost and differentiation, the DL down existing value chain and the overall evaluation.
