Abstract


The IS09000 standard series since promulgated by the International Organization for Standardization has quickly spread around the world open to the formation of the \construction, education, shipbuilding , electronics, civil aviation, steel and many other industries . After China's accession to the WTO , China 's iron and steel enterprises facing huge challenges , only to have a strong core competitiveness , in order to win in the fierce competition . The competitiveness of enterprises in real terms the various elements of the enterprise , including the capital, talent and level of competition , quality management system as an important part of enterprise management , its effectiveness and operation effect for enterprises to win in this competition with a very important significance . This article Selection of Kunming Iron and Steel standard implementation of IS09000 family study summarizes Kunming Iron and Steel in the successful practices in the implementation of the ISO 9000 series and related standardization process , compared with the quality management of several large domestic iron and steel enterprises , explore and discover the problem exists in the enterprise and colorectal disease , put forward suggestions for improvement and views .
