Abstract


Since 2002, blog has been introduced in China and obtained the popularization by the extremely quick speed. More and more people start to apply to clear own blog, communicating with others by constantly updating writing or pictures. Blog becomes the fourth kind way of network communication after E-mail, BBS, ICQ (IM). As the new favorite in the web, with the characteristics of disseminating and receiving anonymously and issuing freely, blog can bring the freedom of speech and the press progresses, meanwhile it will bring a series of negative influences since lack of social responsibility, such as the extreme of expression opinion, the magnification of individual nihility, the rampancy of false information harm to the society.From the perspective of legal matter in blog, this article has introduced the infringement phenomenon and its performance in the field of blog, and analyzed the reasons and essence of the new kind of infringement. The copyright, reputation question and other legal matters in blog are the key elaboration to this article. Because of the special status of blog trustees and the need to promote this emerging thing, this article has suggested to give blog trustees certain space to exempt the responsibility. From the aspects of technique, law and regulations and so on, this article has put forward some author’s proposals to solve these problems in blog.
