Abstract


In this thesis, the length of the four-part , that summary of the investment law , legislative development and the main contents of the legislation and Saudi Arabia and China 's Foreign Investment Law , foreign - related legal system , and the sand and China 's Foreign Investment Law direction of development , respectively, from the longitudinal and transverse , expand analysis of the legislative characteristics between the two countries , mutually reference from each other , as well as in the context of economic globalization , the development direction of bilateral foreign Investment Law and face the problem .
