Abstract


Psychological contract in a foreign country after years of development , in terms of the popularity of applications have made great achievements , has also been fully endorsed by all sectors of society . The relationship between psychological contract and employee satisfaction is the most in-depth study , due to foreign economic and cultural differences with China , its application in China is confined to shallow theoretically . By analysis of the constituent elements of employee satisfaction and employee psychological contract , and try to explore the use of a psychological contract to enhance employee satisfaction, reduce employee turnover . Analysis of employee satisfaction from colleagues and welfare benefits , respect and fair treatment , job security and the opportunity to make recommendations , reward, recognition of job performance , opportunities for promotion several dimensions of measurement ; while factors affecting employee satisfaction include: moderately challenging work , fair pay , a supportive work environment , comfortable and harmonious working atmosphere , personality , ability and job matching , career fair and equitable opportunities for development as well as the psychological contract contrary to other aspects. The formation of the psychological contract along with employees with access to the enterprise , and over time , the working environment , the role of the different adjusted accordingly , constitute psychological contract one or more major factors rupture or breach of , will staff the psychological cause serious discontent , If this imbalance mentality is not resolved for a long time , it will have serious negative effects will form a redundancy . The research also shows that psychological contract breach will significantly reduce employee satisfaction and work efficiency, a result, companies should give full attention to psychological contract Otherwise , the adverse consequences may be irreparable . This paper from the staff recruitment, organizational culture , day-to-day management , communication, care for the lives of employees , compensation and benefits as well as personnel evaluation , and several other business management major aspects of analysis of how to use the psychological contract to improve employee satisfaction , reduce turnover intention , I hope more comprehensive and clearly articulate the psychological contract in the organization and management measures for implementation .
