Abstract


Theory of Circular Economy in China at an early stage study, its theoretical system is not perfect, the oil shale companies urgently need to carry out the study of circular economy.In this study, cycles of economic theory as a guide, exploratory study of Fushun Mining Group, shale oil industry development of circular economy guiding ideology, basic principles, proposed shale oil industry, circular economy process improvement, analysis of shale oil process links on the environment pollution, expansion of recycling economy products and shale oil processing techniques, and circular economy system, and through the SWOT analysis to develop the oil shale industry in Fushun Mining Group, the development of circular economy strategy and implementation strategy of measures to make recycling economic theory and business practice combine and expand research horizons, enrich the theory of circular economy and the oil shale industry cycle of development theory.The results show that the concept of circular economy into oil shale industrial upgrading and structural adjustment, there will be conducive to full resources of coupling strengths, improve resource utilization efficiency, that is, improve the environment, but also to cultivate new economic growth point, the promotion of Fushun Mining Group oil shale industry onto a sustainable development path.
