Abstract


Heat treatment is an important process measures to strengthen the performance of metal materials , to ensure and improve product quality and life of critical factors , is also an important aspect of the formation of environmental pollution can not be ignored . Quenching and tempering domestic bead media , the use of oil , there is a lot of security risks and serious environmental pollution , there is an urgent need for a cleaner quenching and tempering medium replaced . Heat treatment technology to clean the basic starting point for the study of objects spinning bead , a series of systematic and in-depth study of the quenching and tempering of water-based media . The experimental results show that : (1 ) 0.25% polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) quenching liquid can be applied to the bead ring quenching , but the concentration of the production is not easy determination , PVA is easily attached to the surface of the workpiece , the actual production operation difficult . And drawn on the basis of the test , the heating temperature and holding time is uniform organization and an important factor to achieve the required performance , by orthogonal experiment method to determine the optimum heat treatment . (2) 3% to 7 % of a polyether (PAG) quenching agent to meet the the quenching performance requirements of the bead ring . As the concentration increases , the hardness value decreases . After repeated experiments , 5 % -5.75% the PAG to get the best results . (3) Development waterglass quenching liquid at a concentration of 8 % to 13% to meet the the hardened performance requirements of the bead ; changing the concentration adjustable cooling performance, measuring the concentration of convenience , easy on-site monitoring ; have a good anti-rust effect ; raw materials required The wide variety of sources , the price is cheap . (4 ) an alkali bath having a good temperature distribution of superiority, for the effect of low-temperature tempering of the wire ring , to achieve an oil bath . The ratio of the alkaline bath is very important , wherein the amount of the base and a deoxidizer tempering hardness significantly affected . Obtained through experimental design and analysis , Jiaoyou ratio . In order to observe the impact of temperature change the quenching process of the bead ring , the computer simulation. ANSYS software for the analysis of temperature and stress field , reached the stage temperature distribution maps and different nodes cooling curve and stress distribution , the cooling medium cooling mechanism further discussed theoretically , As a result, actual guiding engineering of great significance , and at the same time to explore the application of advanced computer simulation technology in the clean heat treatment .
