The research topic of this paper is a combination of insulation gate reconstruction project for an environmental test chamber . Papers in accordance with the requirements of the laboratory , the manual disassembly consuming the status quo for the original insulation door system , developed according to the test requirements and automatically open the door system of insulation . Papers on the current situation of the domestic and foreign various insulation door were analyzed to determine the overall design of the automatic insulation door . The program uses a motor -driven electric putter movement , holding doors open and close , the air curtain to prevent the indoor and outdoor air convection achieve insulation for electrical control , PLC control mode . The establishment of common parts , GM parts, standard parts library files based on Catia V5, AutoCAD software and 3D parametric solid model . Combined with the finite element theory and the theory of fatigue life to study the impact resistance of the insulation door . Obtained by the calculation of the overall system performance requirements of the insulation doors insulation doors block the material and thickness of the insulation layer , the insulation gate structure of the block , the base and the guide rail of the structural dimensions . The application of ANSYS software to analyze the deformation and fatigue life of the insulation door in working condition , and to draw useful conclusions .
