Abstract

Actual product packaging a wide range of complex transportation environment , product transport packaging systems in many cases must be key components - Products - Packaging - transporter coupled system analysis and processing in order to get a more reasonable design results. Product transport packaging system dynamics model is very complex , product transport packaging system dynamic performance analysis became the most important development of packaging dynamics of the work . This paper first reviews the dynamics of domestic and foreign scholars in the protective packaging and packaging design optimization have done major research work, analysis and comparison of several complex system dynamics analysis of structural features common approach . On this basis, the application of sub- structure and method of inverse structure derived product transport packaging system dynamic analysis of inverse structure theory, the transfer function is given by the system transfer function prediction formula components , has been packing the inverse dynamic stiffness of the coupling body structure calculation . Then , a product transport packaging systems lumped parameter model to verify the inverse structural formula completeness and effectiveness. Respectively, at the system level and component level measured in the state of the product transport packaging system model transfer function , then the application structure analysis method by the inverse transfer function of the system transfer function predicts the member , the member and the predicted magnitude of the transfer function of the sub-component with the observed amplitude contrast transfer function to verify the product transport packaging system inverse structure theory of precision and scope . Final analysis of the product transport packaging system transfer function measurement errors arising from sources on the inverse structure calculation errors.
