Abstract

The green bamboo negundo is fine varieties, timber and urban landscape as one of the extensive attention in recent years . Negundo of cutting seedlings to the annual green bamboo as the research object , its artificial flooding stress and under Low Temperature Stress Anti- Stress on Physiological Index ( activity , proline , malondialdehyde , conductivity , chlorophyll , protein content ) changes were measured, and also to provide a scientific basis for its application of the promotion and production practices designed to lay the foundation for resistance of bamboo negundo . The results are as follows : to flooding during stress , showed a certain degree of upward trend in the pre- active enzymes SOD , POD , CAT activity and chlorophyll content ; MDA and relative changes in the conductivity obvious . Followed by three activity of the enzyme activity continued to decline , the 28 Telsda the end of the flooding to the lowest value , which is most sensitive to POD , the decline reached 59 % , SOD relatively smaller changes , CAT center ; MDA rapid accumulation , the final content 190% not flooded ; relative conductivity increase of 162 % ; Pro content during stress continued to rise , increasing the amount of 150% ; protein content showed \stress damage ; flooded 28 days bamboo negundo leaves the majority of yellow fall off. (2) in the process of low temperature stress , with decreasing temperature , the CaCl 2 < / sub > treatment of green bamboo compound leaf maple leaf SOD , POD , CAT activity was the change first and then decreased , and are higher than the corresponding control ; MDA content and relative conductivity of an upward trend , rising ratio gradually increases ; chlorophyll content decreased gradually ; soluble protein content of the trends are first increases and then decreases ; stress was relieved , after the recovery of the light incubator , three activity the rebounded , MDA content and relative conductivity level dropped to normal growth of plants ; chlorophyll content essentially unchanged ; protein content increased , synthetic dominate . ( 3 ) The results show that , bamboo negundo in a long time flooding the face of adversity , through self-regulation to protect against adverse environmental damage , has a certain capacity to endure ; bamboo negundo -24 ℃ low temperature environment normal growth , has good resistance to cold ; exogenous CaCl 2 can also help bamboo negundo against chilling .
