Abstract

Aim of the present study took three kinds of famous brands total-etch and self-etch adhesives, compared with normal dentin bond strength and the same brand resin binder resin binder with different brands bond strength; two of which are also compared with the caries affected adhesive bonding strength between dentin and compares various different etching dentin caries affect the bond strength, a more appropriate for the clinical use of dentin agents and acid etching time provide some theoretical guidance. Methods The experiment a select 60 freshly extracted human third molar removal (occlusal) surface enamel layer, were randomly divided into 12 groups, the choice of three kinds of well-known brands of total-etch and self-etching adhesive Excite, AdheSE (Switzerland Vivadent company); Prime BondNT, Xeno Ⅲ (Germany Dentsply company); Singlebond2, Adper Prompt (USA 3M company), respectively, according to the manufacturer specification requirements apply to the exposed dentin surface with resin crowns to restore a certain degree of height. Low speed saw with a cross-section of the tooth was cut into approximately 1mm ~ 2 sample of rectangular parallelepiped shape, with a micro tensile bond strength tester detected. Experiment II Select 40 (occlusal) surfaces of molars chronic caries in caries displayed under the guidance of agent and lesions involving the removal of soft carious dentin softening, but hard to keep the darker dentine caries effect. The above each tooth cut parallel to the long axis of the tooth for the three and a half, respectively, 35% Gluma etching agent (or self-etching treatment agent) etching 20,40,60 seconds. Use total-etch and self-etching dentin adhesive applied to the exposed surface of each one kind of dentin with resin crowns to restore a certain height. With a low speed saw the teeth cut into pieces of approximately 1mm ~ 2 cross-sectional area of ??the rectangular-shaped samples, all samples were first observed under the stereomicroscope, the distinction between normal dentin and caries affected dentin and dentin as a normal control group using micro-tensile bond strength tester detected, and the test results with the SPSS 11.5 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results The results showed that Excite and AdheSE, Prime Bond NT and Xeno Ⅲ, Singlebond2 with Adper Prompt bond strength between no significant difference (P> 0.05), Prime Bond NT, Singlebond2 with TPH resin, Xeno Ⅲ, Adper Prompt and TPH resin adhesive knot strength was no significant difference (P> 0.05); Prime Bond NT, Singlebond2 with Z-100 resin, Xeno Ⅲ, Adper Prompt with Z-100 resin bond strength was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Two kinds of dentin adhesive systems between the micro and the normal tensile strength greater than its impact with dentin caries micro tensile strength, 20s when there is a significant difference (P <0.05), 40s and 60s, there was no significant difference (P > 0.05); impact on dentin caries, its 40s group is much higher than the tensile strength of micro-20s group and 60s group (P <0.05), while the 60s and 20s group, no significant difference (P> 0.05); while normal dentin, in the 20s and 40s when you have received a higher dentin bond strength, 40s when the micro-tensile strength slightly lower 20s group, but no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), but When the etching time extension 60s, the dentin bond strength decreased significantly, with 40s and 20s group, two groups were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion total etch / self-etching adhesive systems with normal dentin bond strength between no significant difference; different brands of adhesives and resin applied together does not affect its bond strength; acid etching time on normal dentin and affect the bond strength of dentin caries affects both.
